Michelle’s extensive career began in developing countries responsible for a range of facilitation, coaching and organisational development projects with local councils, health, education and humanitarian aid industries. More recently her experience has been in the corporate world within human resources, organisational development and leadership coaching. She was also the Convener of the Newcastle Network for the Australian Human Resources Institute.
